The ACTUS Financial Research Foundation staged their annual conference at the offices of King & Spalding LLP at 1700 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, D.C.  in June 2023. The conference had presentations and panel discussions on a wide range of important topics that discussed the many ways that the ACTUS financial contract standards can contribute to solutions to challenges in the financial industry, including:

• Improve and unify financial operations and analysis across all product lines and at the enterprise level

• Ease and provide more meaningful regulatory reporting

• Increase adoption of DeFi by building new products using an accepted financial structure

• Improve financial education and expand financial literacy
